What flow temperature does it need?
The most demanding room sets the flow temperature. Carnoria finds it, checks the floor surface temperature in each room and splits the circuits within the maximum length.
Will the existing radiators do?
In a refurbishment, each radiator is calculated at the real water temperature of the heat pump. If one falls short, you see it before the boiler comes out.
Which heat pump is needed?
With the building load and the flow temperature, the unit that covers it, from which outdoor temperature it needs back-up and its seasonal performance.
How do I show it to the client?
Technical report, proposal and a bill of materials for pipe, manifolds, insulation and radiators. With your logo on the Master plan.
How it calculates
Three rules every figure in the app follows.
Calculation with a source
Every formula and coefficient cites its standard or reference. If the official text of a table is missing, the app says so.
Checked twice
A second calculation written from scratch in Python repeats the reference cases. A phase is not released until they match.
AI does not calculate
It only drafts the design report from the calculated figures. A validator rejects any number that is not in the results.

When will it be ready?
It is released in phases during 2027, starting with the building and heat loads. Each phase is announced on Updates and emailed to the waiting list.
Which regulations does it use?
Spanish ones: CTE and RITE, with the EN standards for heat loads (12831-1), underfloor heating (1264), radiators (442) and heat pumps (14511 and 14825).
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and can be installed as an app to work offline.
Do I need a new account?
Not if you already have an Instal Studio account: Carnoria uses the same one, with the same email and project cloud. If not, you create one for free in the app.
Does it replace an engineer?
No. It is a calculation tool: results depend on the data you enter and must be reviewed by a competent professional before the work is carried out.
Are there manufacturer brands in the app?
The catalogue is generic. Manufacturers can pay to appear with their test data; users never pay for that.
