In accordance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services (LSSI), www.carnoria.com and the Carnoria application are owned by Raul Rodríguez Algaba, tax ID 33959085E, with address at Carrer Bonavista, 10, 1r 2a, 08551 Tona (Barcelona), Spain. Contact: hola@carnoria.com.

Purpose

This website presents Carnoria, a web application for the design and calculation of air-to-water heat pump systems with underfloor heating and radiators, and gives access to it. The application is under construction and is released in phases. Use of the website implies acceptance of this notice and of the terms of use.

Intellectual and industrial property

The software, texts, images, logo and the name Carnoria belong to the owner or are used under licence. Reproduction, distribution, transformation or public communication without written permission is prohibited, except for normal use of the application.

Liability

Carnoria is a calculation and preliminary sizing tool. Its results depend on the data entered by the user and must be reviewed by a competent professional before an installation is carried out. The owner is not liable for damage arising from decisions based solely on the results, or for service interruptions beyond its control.

Applicable law
