Terms of use

The service

Carnoria is a web application for designing and calculating air-to-water heat pump systems with underfloor heating and radiators. It is under construction and is released in phases; each phase is announced on the updates page. In this version use is free: with an Instal Studio account you can keep 1 project in the cloud.

Paid plans

The Pro and Master plans (downloads and reports) are not on sale yet. Their prices and terms will be published on this page before they can be purchased.

Licence of use

The account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing it, circumventing the licensing system, or copying, decompiling or redistributing the software is not permitted.

Liability for calculations

Results are indicative: they depend on the data you enter and on the calculation methods stated in the application. A competent professional must review them before an installation is carried out. The owner is not liable for damage arising from their use without such review. This limitation does not affect the rights granted to consumers by law.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or causes beyond our control. We may improve or change features and these terms; relevant changes will be notified by email.
